We have had a strange winter here in MN. The weather mild, and the snow scarce, so what do we think now that there is a small covering of the wite stuff? Does it feel more like winter should? Are we happy that we have to shovel? Do we get excited to let the kids out to play?
Or do we conform to a traditional MN cabin fever hibernating and looking out the window dreaming of spring? Well if you are one of the latter I hope that you are looking at your barely snow covered lawn and at least thinking of the things we can do with that blank canvas. The white snow really does help ( to a point) erase all the exisiting things you have and allow you to picture the finer details of the landscape yet to come. I like to think like that., especially as I watch my husband shovel.
